Showcase your books and journals to conference attendees at our publisher exhibit! Located right at the heart of the Congress, at the Kuppelhallen, the exhibition foyer—open from 2 to 6 August 2027, 8:00 to 16:00 (preparations can be made in the afternoon of 1 August)—offers an ideal space to present your titles, meet readers, connect with scholars, and discuss potential adoptions and orders. Previous Quinquennial IMS Congresses have attracted between 800 to 2,000 participants.
The exhibitor package is available at a price of NOK 4,600 (CHF 400 / €440 / £370 / US$490) and includes a table, a conference badge, a one-page ad in the abstract book, and the registration fee, which provides complimentary access to the Congress’s social events (incl. the Centenary Party on 2 August and concerts in the Stavanger Concert Hall on 3 and 4 August), as well as refreshments, but excluding the Congress Dinner on 5 August. We have also negotiated competitive rates with several hotels (cf. the Accommodation page).
Publishers are responsible for arranging shipment, delivery, setup, and return of their display materials.
